🌹My friend in North London died last night after succumbing to Corona Virus. She had no underlying issues but was in the vulnerable age group. It was such a shock to come face to face with the devastation this virus is causing all round the world! I will run in her memory today & pray for her grieving family! Rest in peace Janet. We loved you.

Annieapple sending you a virtual hug x I struggled to get out of bed this morning, I had planned to run but news yesterday of a friend whose cancer battle has returned and is now untreatable, he may have 12 months left and now he's in isolation for 12 weeks. That means he may if things do go to plan have 9mths to do the things that terminal patients want to do like hug his children.

What I am trying to say is..thank you for your post, it made me get up and run because I know my friend would be saying don't waste time feeling sorry, live life. So today I ran 8 k for him. Take care, none of us know what's in store, life is precious. Xxx ♥️❤️🌹
