So I've been floating around like the contents of a lava lamp since completing the c25k last September and like many runners out there, my brain loves a structure (even if its a loose one). On Wednesday I started Juju's magic plan. I've printed the plan out and ticked off my first (very tiring πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ) 15min run. I'm out for the 30min run today, whatever the weather and whatever the speed. All power to the B210k Clan!! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š

The Clan!! πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ fully agree and identify with all you’ve said- I’m just finishing JuJu W2 but already looking at 10K events for May/June onwards - want to graduate then consolidate first which I think will be in March/April time.

like you,i have been bobbing about in a lava lamp haha -not still but not pushing myself either.

i feel ready to move on now.

i have printed my plan out as like structure.

my long run is mondays,shorter wednesdays and parkrun saturday.

this suits me but i am not doing the other parts as i dont have time.

off soon to finish w2 and do my 5 one a day early.

Go for it #runwithdog! I’m getting sea sick from all this bobbing about lol. My printout is on the Friday - first 2 timed runs already crossed off 😁. Will watch for your progress πŸ’ͺ

hi went for my 5k this morning on the parkrun route,watch malfunction at the start and i had done half a k before i noticed.at the finish i added a extra half k on so my strava would have a nice tidy 5k :) but i actually ran 5.5.

38 mins, was pulled up the hill by doggy but alsoi loose some time as he doesnt like dogs he does not know and we step aside for them to pass.

w3 next monday :)

Can’t wait til I get to the 38 mins 5ks lol, a way in the distance for me but one leg in front of the other eh? 😁

My dog runs sideways a lot of the time. Have to watch out for fast-rolling bikes lol

Good luck with your run today! A couple of weeks ago I did a 15 minute run and it felt so hard, and then today I did dame and it was lovely, don't know what the logic is there but hope your 30 minuter is a good one.

Thanks for saying that #Runnf. It’s heartening when others tell you similar experiences 😁. Weird tho isn’t it? Run went ok, didn’t even get wet apart from the sea crashing into the sides of the defence wall and covering me with spray lol 🀣
