9k done🤗🤗

Last week's 8k I ran in -4 , today it was 8 degrees it actually felt warm.

Today's run was a bit tougher than last Monday's but I did it I just slowed right down on certain bits and it really helped.

So next Monday it's 10k and I've now got confidence in myself that I can do it.

I think 10k will be my limit but then I thought 5k was my limit😂

There are loads of recently added badges to aim at between 10k and HM so it isn't such a large leap.

Eg. 15k, 10 miles, 2 hours

If its a significant milestone then a badge can be made 😃

Just say pretty please with a cherry on top!

You will do it next Monday. Congratulations on your 9K this morning Buddy34, good time as well, a bit smirry and light rain, a contrast to last week, I predict that next week you will run the 10K in around 65 minutes. 😊 🏃🏾

After 3 days heavy gardening, no stretching 9-4 each day, I dragged myself out on a really should do this run in dark misty dreich weather. Can't say I enjoyed it but 33min 5k as w5r3 B2 10 done and dusted. Really need to find new routes but in midst of putting house on market so high stress, time short at the moment.
