I ran for 40 minutes today. I know it was supposed to be 39 but I set my timer wrong. It was light enough to venture into the park with 11 minutes to go. I’ve missed running laps in the park.
There’s a point in the run when it’s quite enjoyable. Today, I was listening to the radio.
When I was about 20 mins into my run a woman jogger sprinted past me. I was going slower than snail’s pace.
I would like to do the 30:20:10 speed work - does anyone have a suggestion for a free interval timer app for that?
