Yoohooo! I’ve started.
I ran with Laura - C25k+ stamina.
It’s the first time this week I’ve actually had time to finish the app but the good news is it meant I was able to run for 35 minutes. It also means I’ve had two short runs, already this week.
My plan is to have the shorter runs during the week so I can fit it in with work and yoga.
I went to my hot yoga class after my run. I was able to stretch out the stiffness in my thighs.
Today’s highlights as seen in the picture: a dog walker and a fox. 😂😂😂
