I'm not really willing to admit I might have a hearing issue but that said, can somebody tell me what MMR robot woman is actually saying when she tells me what sounds like "lift pace" or "flip pace" please? I thought it was "lift pace" but the number she then gives me is higher than the number I'm apparently doing pace-wise ...

I don’t use it, but lift in motor racing means slow down, push means go faster, so maybe it’s the same logic here?

Could it be split pace. You can choose from current pace, average pace and split pace or all 3. Split pace tells you your pace from when they last announced your statistics e.g. if you have it set to update every 0.5km, then split pace will be over the last 0.5km. You can alter the announcements by going to settings then voice feedback and then choose what you would like to be told. Hope this helps.

Ah, right. I should really read the app info, I tend to just install whatever app it is & use it. I’ll have a more in depth look at it, thanks!
