Today walk after park run

Had a lovely walk after parkrun at dove stone reservoir absolutely lovely hope everyone has had a fantastic weekend no PB but I’m still a sub 30min 28:12 today and then a lovely time at Howard town brewery meet 3 new friends all dogs 😂 absolutely gorgeous dogs I even gave them all a kiss they bring the soft side off me out happy running 😉👍

I was going at 28.30 5K pace until the last kilometer, I know this because I was pacing a runner just in front of me with a t shirt with the name of her running club on it, so when I looked at the results she was about 28.30, During the last kilometer I slowed down a little hence my 30.55 PB time, maybe one of those days I will be able to keep up a sub 30 minute 5k all the way and not just up to 4K, anyway I am very pleased with myself regarding my time this morning. 😊 🏃

It Evol and not far in the car we spent over 2 hours there walking and feeding the ducks very therapeutic X

My dog wouldn’t have brought out your soft side yesterday. My son and his girlfriend took her for a long walk and she found a slurry pit! She went for a dip! 😱 Suffice to say the hose and shampoo were out when she got home!! 😅

It is a really nice place a place we will go back to many times more. Yes it is lovely walking after running it is a beautiful country we have especially when you find places like that.

😂 Dogs are so funny and lovable they all have there own personalities. I bet your dog is lovely even covered in mud I bet she didn’t like the hose pipe and shampoo 😂 😉👍

It really is such a beautiful place and extremely tidy no rubbish on the floor it is the perfect place after a run and I plan to run there on Wednesday 10K it’s just short of a 5K one way around but there are several ways you can go but I will stick to the main path 😉👍
