Wow! I’m a convert to Brooks! This is a route I frequently run and after it my knees and hips normally hurt - but not tonight, I can really tell the difference - you certainly get what you pay for!

Good run for you today Jaybrass73, I got Brooks running shoes after a gait analysis a few weeks ago, yes, there is an amazing difference between running in them and ordinary trainers.
I was sceptical at first but having researched quality trail shoes and asking other runners it was either Brooks or Saucony for me; on the day it was what the shop had in stock in my size! You’re absolutely right, the difference is just phenomenal!
