Headspace recovery run

Still ‘recovering’ from my 10k last weekend: my cranky knee which has been happy for ages turned grumpy again and I’ve been taking things very steady. I had a walk along the canal with a few short running sections on Thursday and today ran a gentle 4k with long warm up and cool down and regular short walking breaks. My knee is much happier for the input, and as I used a NRC headspace app, so is the rest of me! A beautiful morning run in a lovely setting. Thankful that I can 💕😊

Thanks for the shove out the door. I've been talking myself out of my run all day today until I read this. Just got back from a very warm, very gentle 4k through the woods and loved every minute of it. 😊
