Not been out for nearly two weeks-away, unwell and another family bereavement. It’s been a tough week and I’ve not eaten much but was determined to take some time for me this morning and just see how it went. Did a 25 minute run and until the last few minutes it was ok and felt good. I feel mentally stronger for time out in the fresh air with my thoughts. Hope everyone is well. I’ve not really been on the forum to see.

I’m sorry to hear life has been difficult for you lately but am so glad you took some time for yourself to go for a run. Take care of yourself. Run when you can and keep them easy and relaxed with no pressure of time or distance.

Hey MM. I’m sorry to hear you’re going through such a tough time. Glad you managed to get out there and it gave you some comfort. It’s good to hear from you, obviously I wish it was under happier circumstances. Stay strong. ❤️

Sorry to hear you are having a sad time. I know how that feels...lost my sister and my brother within 3 months of each other last year. It tears you apart but C25K has been my "me" time. It takes me to a place where I can let my mind clear. Thinking of you and sending you BIG HUGS....take care
