Good Morning

I've completed 10K and further a few times, does that mean i can graduate or do i need to complete an on line schedule.

Started my running journey last July, always said I'd be happy just to be able to complete 5K without stopping, next challenge Septembers Great North Run.

Even now i still hate the 1st 10 minutes or so and little gremlins in my head keep saying "why are you doing this, go home and sit have a coffee" but once i overcome those little demons i'm fine.

Not fast by any means still a fully paid up member of the snail gang, but proud of myself for sticking with it, have lost over 2 stone through running and healthy eating and feel the best i've done in a long time.

If you’ve run 10k Piglet, you can collect a graduation badge through pinned posts. Not everyone does juju’s plan to get there.

So well done you! 🏃‍♀️🎓🎉👏👏

I'm the same the first 10 mins or so and before I even start or get out of the door... those pesky Gremlins!! but once you bash em away they get the message!

Im a bit of a tortoise too, but slow miles are better than no miles! well done with the healthy eating and weight loss too

Ooohhh go GNR next year? this could be one of my goals too

happy running

Thank you all, i've really shocked myself in how much running has changed me, really struggled with the very 1st C25K run i did, now i just need to get over the 1st 10 minutes till my breathing settles down then i'm fine, as long as i take things really slow
