Just a short run and short post today - busy day ahead!
Quick 2.5k around the block but was very happy with my pace as I didn't set out to push myself after yesterday's long run.
Felt very good and loose in the legs which I wasn't expecting. Now to decide where to run tomorrow....

Honestly? It’s only the last few days have been harder. Mind you, I haven’t got many longer runs in this month. But that’s down to circumstances more than physical ability. I’m looking forward to a couple of days off now though. I’m so tired today I dragged myself round Oxford, and I haven’t even run yet 😐
