First long run complete

I’ve amazed myself this morning. I set out along my new route, 0.5k warm up walk, then a nice steady jog (didn’t want to set off too fast), breathing well, settled into a comfortable pace. When the nice Strava man said I’d done 6k, slowed back down for my warm down walk even though I felt as though I could carry on. Not the fastest - 40 mins 18 secs for the 5.5 non stop bit, but, after the first km, each one got faster. 7.27 average but km no 6 was 7.02. I think I’m finally getting the hang of this running lark!

Hi Baddie! I tried the C25K+ intervals on Tuesday - it didn’t seem all that fast but breathing was a bit difficult and I had a coughing fit afterwards. I haven’t tried the other ones yet! I think there are 3 of them
