One of my top favourite people in the world has just sent me this message:
I also wanted to let you know that you have inspired me to do the couch to 5k!!! I am on my first run of week two I have also more or less cut carbs out of my diet, stopped weekday drinking and finally quit cigs /e-cigs (my hardest to beat crutch and release /escape)...I am feeling the benefits already, to my energy levels and mental health!!
Until today I've only ever inspired people to think about C25K, or to jog across the office in a trying it out sort of way!
