I did the first of the Week 9 runs and due to the fact that my app skipped around the 15 minute mark I actually ran for 40 minutes.
What seems to have happened was that I somehow caught the controls on the phone and it somehow flicked 10 minutes off my total on the 15 minute mark and took me right back to show me just completing 5. I decided to just plough on regardless anyway, and that’s how the 40 minute mark was reached.
All of this now seems a world away from those first forbidding runs of just 5 minutes, and as serious thinking of carrying on up to 10K once the other three runs at 5K have been done. Is anyone elseout there thinking of moving up from here?

I’ll have a look at Ju Ju’s site, and see what I might do next. Might just consolidate and concentrate on speeding up for a few weeks, but we’ll see...
