Beautiful day here in sunny Llandudno. 6:30 am and a well-hydrated Nia (aka Languid_Lil) slips out of the front door for a run. Really slow, but gorgeous run. Well-deserved breakfast and to work! Have a good day all xxxxx

Ooh! That's where I ran my very first 5k - from the pier to the end of the prom and back. I used to live locally through my teens

That's cool. I've done my trip home for this year, but I'll be back next year I'm sure. My brother still lives in Old Colwyn - I thought I might try to combine a visit with him with the Porth Erias 10k but it didn't work out this year. Maybe next year

Duh! Sorry. I just had a look through your previous posts and see i already replied to you when I saw you had done the Conwy parkrun!!! Running clearly isn't improving my memory any
