A huge well done to all for taking on the challenges of running, for every step taken, for every km covered, for every goal achieved ☺☺

2 weeks until my 1st half marathon, today i covered 17km in 1 hour 37 mins, felt relaxed and focused and very happy knowing that i only have to find 4km in order to complete.

Thank you to everyone for the support they have given ☺☺

Good time for your run today, I wish you all the best for your first half marathon in 2 weeks, a lot of half marathons taking place this month, which one are you running?

I am taking part in the SimplyHealth Great East run in Ipswich.

Had not expected to run my 1st half marathon so soon, only completed C25k 6 weeks ago. A relative had paid for their place but is now unable to take part so i am running for her. ☺☺

Hi ju-ju- I notive that there are many half marathons in September and October, whereas in the spring there

are many full 26 mile marathons, is there a reason for this?

It’s amazing how you’ve achieved so much so soon. Good luck with that HM.
