Hi I broke my right foot in October and had problems with my hip and knee whilst I had the cast and boot on, and for quite a few weeks after but then everything seemed to settle down. I've noticed that since my running increased to 4k-5k three times a week, that the pain has returned- but not all the time. I have an odd feeling that my right side is slightly higher than my left, but there's nothing obvious when I look in the mirror. The position of my shoulders and hips look fine. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong, and any stretched that might help?

I think the best advice any of us on here can give is for you to go and see a specialist such as a Physio. So many different things can cause problems, and even if any of us were experts you’d be far better off getting someone to examine you to see what’s happening. Good luck getting sorted. ❤️
