Ju-Ju’s plan W7R3 - 5K Parkrun

Hi everyone, I finished week 7 of Ju-Ju’s plan yesterday with a 30:51 around Lloyd Park. Not quite a PB but not far off it either 😊

I’m going to finish Ju-Ju’s plan with 4/5/10K runs on holiday this coming week 🏃‍♂️🙂

I’ve signed up for “Switchback 5” which is a 5 mile - 8K(ish) run from Lloyd park up through Shirley hills, apparently. It’s not till 30 September so plenty of time to practice! 😀
