I’m soooo addicted to running

Well, here I am after starting g C25k end of April, like Forrest Gump I’m running, running and running. Last night I did 6.10miles only to discover when I got home and converted it to kilometres I was only 140 something metres from 10k, aggghhh so cross that my Garmin was in miles and not kilometres, see how silly I am now about distance. Go back to April and I was pleased if I ran for 60 seconds. Ran for over an hour last night. My friends say I’m addicted. I say I love it. Is anyone else out there like me?

Completely. Used to hate the thought of exercise. Now can’t imagine being unable to run three times a week.

Take care y’hear! Don’t overdo things. Your running legs are a work in progress it takes 18 - 24 months to build them. Go, steady and increase gradually and carefully. Cross training is important as are your non-run days 💪

It’s such bloomin fun though. We have had more opportunity to go out and play this summer than we’ve had for ages. Forecast looks good further down the line too 💪👍😃🏃‍♀️
