Tomorrow I’m running in my first 5k race ever. I’m 2 and a half years cancer free and C25k has helped me feel fitter and healthier than I ever have! I’m so excited!

Really well BethMay, just such a great environment and cause. Ran it all though very hot, nothing speedy 38 mins 58 secs. Loved it!!

How as yours, all details please 😊😊

It was great. Pleased to have run it all, like you and also very hot! Slower than you, just over 39 minutes but I was really chuffed with that 😊
