I’m posting here for the first time. Finished week2 run3 today. Although feel great whilst running but I’m faced with the most agonising pain in one foot for a day after. I have a tendency to over pronate and wear runners shoes recommended from a specialist shop. the pain position keeps shifting . Anyone else faced with this? Any tips?

Oh dear. That sounds painful 😖 it sounds like you need to rest it and see a sports injury Physio if you can. Maybe soak it in warm water and Epsom salts for some immediate relief ?
