Early morning Suffolk run

Away in East Anglia for a while and tried my first run in Suffolk this morning. Beautiful early morning sun and a stiff breeze followed me from Westleton across the heath towards Minsmere. A far cry from my usual Hackney environment. Struggled a bit with sand and gravel and it was all pretty slow, but have completed week one!

The heath around there is gorgeous. I have stayed a good few times near dunwich when I used to have a touring caravan and that area is a favourite. Some fanstastic running available from dunwich towards walberswick too. I did the other side from southwold to walberswick last month and it was amazing too Heavenly

So good to run in new environments! I am originally from Norfolk and know Suffolk a bit. Nice and flat at least! Southwold is lovely if you can make it there. Well done on completing week 1!
