Phew. That was hard work.

I used Laura’s speed podcast for the first time today and discovered I hate running intervals just as much as I hate cycling them 😆

ran out of intervals before I got to 2.5k, so continued a gently jog till I got the distance in.

I’ll definitely do it again, but I promise I won’t like it then either 😆😆😆

Looking forward to the 5k on Thursday now.

Great! I struggled to do it in Lauras 1,2,3,4 timing. Said I’d do it again - one day! 😊

That’s exactly the same as my w1r1, even our speed is about the same 😎

I did the stamina podcast for my 5.5k run today. Again I ran out of podcast before I finished running so I quickly put Spotify on because I didn’t want to run to the cool down!
