Phew. That was hard work.
I used Laura’s speed podcast for the first time today and discovered I hate running intervals just as much as I hate cycling them 😆
ran out of intervals before I got to 2.5k, so continued a gently jog till I got the distance in.
I’ll definitely do it again, but I promise I won’t like it then either 😆😆😆
Looking forward to the 5k on Thursday now.
