So my alarm is set for 2.30 tomorrow morning as we set off to stay with my brother in law in Oregon for a couple of weeks.
The running gear is packed and I will try to fit in some runs in the mornings.
In the meantime a final 4k at a decent pace in pretty warm conditions.

Viareggio, Tuscany. Weโre the same, done all the lakes and Amalfi coast but havenโt been to Rome yet, weโre putting that right in September ๐
