I completed my 1st 10k last Sunday and since then I have not really done much running. I go to gym so I’m still active but on my days off I like to go for a jog. So yesterday it was running day. I decided that I just wanted to hit 5k as I was not really wanting to go and run. I managed to do the whole 5.5k but god it was hard. I’m thinking about maybe doing 10k again tomorrow but we will see. Anyway hope everyone running goes well and good luck

Just go steady. No rush 🙂
i just did a couple of between 1 and 3k runs after 10k. I think the longer runs take it out of your body, and you need to repair and rest, so 5k was quite a big deal.

I think there is a danger of over doing it and causing yourself harm if you try to do another 10 so soon. 😊
