10k who knows

Went out this evening with the aim of completing my 1st 10k run, seems I’ve progressed unbelievably quickly. According to my fitbit I managed 15k in an hour. In fact did 1k in 1.26 minutes, if only. Think the gps may have gone a little awry or I’ve morphed into Mo Fara. 😂

There have been lots of posts about dodgy tech. I am semi-old school as I use just a phone in an arm strap. Yes, just a phone! With Amazon basics headphones. Scandalous.

My Samsung A3 can run 4 apps simultaneously (Strava, Amazon music, Zombies Run and My Asics) and it has never failed, had a GPS blip or any of the other things garmins, fitbits and the like can suffer from. OK I don't know my heart rate at every step but that might be a good thing!
