Running in the rain 💦🏃🏽‍♀️💦

A busy end to a busy week, so did not let myself sit down for too long when I got in from work today. After catching up with my two teenage sons, it was a quick change and out for a 5k, today on my local roads. I Started in the rain, ran in the rain, finished in the rain - and loved it! Back home sporting the drowned rat look but also with the fastest 5k I have run since a nerve injury last year (28:34). Very happy me!😀 Long run Sunday (which looks like it could also be in the rain!) Hope everyone has good runs this weekend🙂

Great run, I started the day with a run in the rain. I dithered for a few minutes wondered about going to the gym but then just went out for a local 5k (29:47)
