After my half walk half run 9km on Wednesday I put together a 1.5 mike and 3.5 mike walk to make 8km... This seems to not have worked as instead I did over 10km run plus warm up and cool down. I took water with me as was warm at half 7 this morning.
Ran to Four Marks, then did coaching for archery for a couple of hours when I got there. Considering that a year ago I was still having physio and started C25k in June I am feeling quite satisfied with myself for completing the 10k. Think it helps the final 2km were downhill .
And mud free as well
