This made me titter as i actually “hit” my husband last night to stop him snoring. My “hit” woke him up and he said, did you hit me then?” He sounded so hurt - delicate flower that he is. He’ll sulk for days now 😁

LOL! My Dutch friend says she wants to take a baseball bat to her husband when he snores. Of course, Mr I don't Snore I'm Not Even Asleep can't be snoring as he's wide awake! His last ditch defence is to say it was me snoring, not him, and i must have woken myself up with an extra loud snort.
I hope yours gets over his sulks and stops snoring soon

Oh he looks absolutely charming. I am sure you can find it in yourself to forgive him the snoring. (Says she who brutally kicked her other half last night for snoring. I do feel a bit guilty since he is with us so infrequently, but I slept for a grand total of less than 4 hours and am not at my most charitable).
He is charming. Kind, gorgeous and I still fancy the pants off him after 12 years. He's also sefish, noisy and snores. Ah, well, he's a bloke.
Maybe I should do a bit of brutal kicking. Having said that, he kneed me in my bad knee in his sleep the other night and it hurt. But the miracle is it only hurt briefly and was fine to run on the next morning. If that had happened before I took up running again, it would have been swollen like a balloon and I would have been hobbling around for a week. My GP told me running would strengthen it and she was right.

Thank you😊 I really hope I get a solid block of sleep and wake up early so I can run before everybody is up. I was falling over other runners going out at 6 the other morning, which was nice, but earlier means I have the qorld to myself.

Mr IDS actually looks like someone I went out with at University....! But he did not snore.... 😉
Oh, dear, sorry to hear about Mr OF's snoring. Mr IDS didn't snore when I first knew him - but then he was a youthful 53. the snoring has crept up on him with age. It also doesn't happen all night but only towards morning.
PS: I won't ask how you know the Mr IDS lookalike didn't snore, but applaud your good taste

Yes, I love him to bits I'm fairly topped up with sleep today as well and raring to go out and run - but ... I'm waiting for my new vacuum cleaner to be delivered and don't know if it will be today or tomorrow as I have no tracking number, so it will have to be an evening run.
