Got up nice and early had a cupper and a banana read the paper looked at the clock and found it was 8:40! Parkrun starts in 20mins OMG. Luckily having prepared I was dressed for the run and my watch, hr strap, phone, gloves ect were all ready. Managed to park in the local B&Q and without a warmup walk ran to the start to be greeted with 3,2,1 GO! I stopped for a few sec to set up my watch (GPS) Phone and music, when a confused tail walker coughed and said "Are you going to start then?" So off i trot, nothing setup or working - a naked run. On the third lap I slowed down and ran a few hundred meters with a guy who needed a little support and got him running again. Picked up the pace a little on the last 200 and finished the run 30sec faster than last week, wow.
I'm not a fast runner at all and this run seemed easy, all that hassle being late made no difference just made a faster run 
Not feeling it lately... then this!
Another 7Km, but this time very slow.
I'm back, albeit slow and steady
