Nice steady 5k after work

Well the twinge in the knee that kept me in last night was gone but I didn't want to risk trying a longer run so trotted out a nice steady 5k in what turned out to be a pleasant early spring evening with mist hanging around on the fields and even a hooting Tawny Owl in the distance.

Good work getting back on it after the twingey legs. My calves have been quite achey since my last run, so I also postponed my run tonight which is really hard as I wasn't quite sure what to do with myself with no run to do lol. Glad it went well for you
