I’ve been ill with head cold which lead to a migraine so I’ve not been running at all this week. I’ve only just managed to keep working which left no energy for anything else. I feel so guilty and gutted, my training was going really well but have now come to a stop. I have just been managing to keep moving for 5 miles a day but feel I’ve lost my mojo a bit. I did get up to 8k , will take it easy today and do 30 mins on cross trainer, then will do 3.5k run tomorrow , all being well.
