Well I hadn't planned on having a run tonight as it was a stressful day at work but after seeing the forecast for heavy overnight snow here in the North East I decided to head out.
The run felt good and steady but I was happy to get back home in a biting northerly wind.
If anyone is planning to run tomorrow take care if the weather is bad.
