Thank you so much for the support. Without the C25K forum and the Bridge210K I would be in the pub by now or sitting at home doing nothing.

I have been reflecting since Wednesday when I did my 10.51 KM and have not yet made any decisions about what to do next.

Friends are key to me so something with them would be my preference.

Rest assured though I have done Parkrun this morning in a new PB that after a PB last week also. I shall run as normal 3 times a week with the minimum distance being 5K each time. When I go for 10K again depends really on decisions I make about further distance challenges.

For me at 57 the target of something has become a bug! I find myself telling myself I can do it and you must not give up. I am frightened to ever stop when running now. If I do it will be trainers and kit in the bin and straight on the beer and cheese!

Where next????????

Last night I went out and visited my local running club. Not sure if I will join as they are likely to be far too fast for me. We had an interesting evening with a presentation on Endurance running and the training plan for a Marathon or indeed any endurance running. Other topics covered were Nutrition and Warming Down/Recovery.

There was then a presentation from a local running specialist shop where I heard about Gait and also brands of trainers that I did not even know existed.

For me a lot to think about.

Where do I get my Graduate10 banner from and how please?

Brilliant! Well done. I hope to reach 10km this week also. Well done on your parkruns too. I missed it today but did 5km this afternoon with some hill work instead - the hills make quite a difference. Tough on the way up and learning how to increase the speed safely on the way back down without too much stress in my knees..
