Strava linking up with others?

Hi all,

I am a garmin girl but was suggested to use Strava to keep in touch with other runners. How do I link to this forum members? Thanks.

There is an NHS c25k club on Strava. You need to log in from a computer to join. . strava.com/clubs/c25k

I am on the group, the link worked! Now you are getting more techie with avatar talk! I Am Doyle on Strava as on here but I don't have a picture....will look at that now.

Yes i am doing ok thank you. Bit of a sad day as family went home after christmas and i lost my run mojo. I ended up running a slow 5 miles with wee one on her bike so not bad. I have booked the hm now.

This is all new for me. I have just joined the strava group too. I will be putting all my race walks up as I train for my two HM’s in March and May, I thought it would help with the motivation. 😀.
