Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going,

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy week,

Juju, Realfoodieclub and Oldfloss

Morning all! I was wondering if anyone else has failed to recieve their bling after running the Womens Running Series Vitual 10k Run? I first submitted my evidence in Sept and several times since. I have recently, at last, received a response to my various queries to be told they have been let down by their ‘bling send out’ partners. Hopefully i will eventually get the bling given I paid to take part, but it does appear they have been aware of the problem for sometime. However it would also appear they have not been proactive in finding a resolution, which is really disappointing.

Are others in a similar position?

Have you clicked onto the correct link? The fairies wont work their magic if not 🤔

I think it needs to be done on the c25k forum by the way, not this one.

I would not have a clue where to go and what to do! I am clueless with switching around and links! I am brain dead when it comes to IT. Thanks anyway.

I would suggest you put a post on c25k ( you have posted there before so should be ok to find it).

In the post ask for a link to claim a graduation badge. State what month you graduated C25k.

Good luck badge hunter

Off to a bad start this week as too slippery underfoot to safely go running after work. Did a 20 minute Joe Wicks HIIT workout indoors instead. Now my legs ache so I must have achieved something.

Went out for my morning run in the ice and snow yesterday. A bit dodgy in places, especially where the street lights are a bit dim, but I often find it easier to run when it’s icy than to walk. Got 6.3k under my belt and quite enjoyed myself. No long run at the weekend as I was feeling a bit under the weather and didn’t want to push it. Still feeling slightly bluh but it’s neither nowt nor summat so I’ll try to be good this week and get more sleep.

Happy running all!

I have just graduated C25K, so I'll be lurking here for a while until I pluck up the courage to start increasing my distance

No run on Monday due to the snow/slush. I managed a walk in the wet. I was hoping that I would be able to get out for my usual Wednesday evening run tonight as it was supposed to warm up but the pavements are probably worse today with the ice from yesterday being made smooth by the rain today. Starting to think I may have to give the treadmill another go although it still petrifies me!

Went to bed Monday night feeling slight stomach cramp but I thought a run in the morning would be just the thing to sort me out. 2 hrs later rolling around the bedroom floor moaning. (Not in a good way!)

Back home now minus appendix. My thoughts on this would get me moderated (again) but they rhyme with Duck, Duck, Duckity, Duck.

At least Mrs BW couldn't call this one man flu.

So far so good this week. I started out with my long run of approximately 12.5K, two days of crosstraining by means of a stationary bike and then second run yesterday-a rather hilly 6.5K. Rest day today and then the third run tomorrow Lord willing...🏃🏼🏃🏼
