Blister

Oh well. First blister occurred on Sunday and went to run this morning, putting plaster over it, but when I put on my shoes it immediately felt a little sore so I have decided to take a morning off.

Questions:

Wait until it heals? (Pardon the pun)

Do something else?

What did you do? My blister was pretty big after Mondays run and is still uncomfortable in my trainers today. I have postponed my 10k run until Saturday when I hope the blister will have receeded!
