After 7 months hard slog, I finally beat my PB of 29:44. Took 10 seconds off! It's totally down to the extra mileage I'm doing with B2 10K. Hubby also got a PB, 21:39. Hope to celebrate mine and hubby's 50th Parkrun next Saturday.
