Wow. Good luck, make sure you come back then. And take it easy, 5-10km in 3 weeks is a stretch, walk during the event if you need it.

Hello, sorry if this is daft question, But i would like to know what running plan should i complete before I get Graduate 10 badge. I have completed C25 a while ago but no clue the training plan for 10K?? any one can assisst in this?

There isn’t an official one for bridge to 10km you can use any one. If your just about to start our very own ju-ju- is about to start a guided plan on here from the 1st December
