Did I really do that?

So very pleased to have run a 5k Parkrun for week 9 run 3 of the C25K programme in a not too shabby 34.4 minutes. Can't believe I actually did it and that it's had such a good impact on my asthma. Looking to step up to 10k but not sure how without Laura! 😊

Just keep listening to Laura and consolidate that 5k! For ages I kept running to the week 9 podcast running the whole 40mins incl warm up and warm down. Eventually you'll be ready to move on, edge it up to 6k, 7k... or try a few of the c25k+ podcasts maybe... or find a 10k plan if you want to do that. Congrats on graduating c25k at parkrun that's ace :)

Thanks Ruth_canal_runner 😊 Btw, how do I get a Graduate badge?

in reply to Fitforthesofa

This forum only has a graduate badge for reaching 10k. But if you look in the pinned posts on the couch to 5k forum or maybe look specifically for poppypug/realfoodieclub then you can get a c25k graduate badge added to your profile on there :) Lots of people cross between forums by the way, so feel free to post on both still :)
