This morning I met up with Paul46-ipswich for a 10.5k run. It was so good to meet someone in real life from this group. I had a great run, hope you did too Paul I was so much more motivated running with someone else and the kilometres seemed to fly by. We only got a tiny bit lost to, for me that's a bonus!!
