My grandma would have said (usually of cake) 'It must be good.' This usually referred to its weight 
What was interesting was that the bling got bigger as you went up the distances! This was small compared to the Ultra medal

OMG! It finally arrived! Yeehah! So chuffed to open the door this morning post-feeling-shite-10k-run to find this little beauty waiting patiently on my mat. Well, not so little! It's quite hefty in fact.
