I haven't been around for the last two weeks - ISP changing over and phone provider so no net,no phone,relied on a poor mobile signal to keep going,although I've kept the running up and built slowly following the scare over the festive period. All good now though,reintroduced those hills,kept it nice,slow and steady although the times suggest otherwise - think I may just have a natural ability for running
Those on the FB page may know I've been having CBT and it's working so far for me,studies getting there and I'm hoping come the spring to return to Parkrun although won't push it too hard to go back just yet. But ran 8K for the first time on Tuesday afternoon and it was fun!
Aiming for the Great Scottish Run later this year as my first proper one - just want to continue to take it steady for now But moving forward and in a much more positive mindset
