Was that the first exercise? I can feel those muscles aching now - a couple of hours afterwards! It hurt my knees though, so I'm going to kneel on a folded towel tomorrow. What session are you on?

Tomorrow will be day 3. Though I don't think I am doing first long enough. He said you can use a cushion for last one.

Strength/core exercises - Yes, I find it hard to get motivated too! Having a go at NHS strength&flex exercises because I like the idea of doing things outdoors and will fit in when walking dog. Also a new forum has started so that might help me keep going! I will look at the link below thanks hilbean

I do squats just as and when. 10 while brushing my teeth, another 10 while the kettle boils etc, they all add up during the day. I'm doing about 30 a day on average at the moment. And it doesn't feel like an unbearable long session that gets put off as it's just part of doing other things... if that makes sense?

therunningbug.com/training/... do quite a few 30 day challenges, Planks, Core, Squats etc which will help with strength
