Best Christmas present EVER!

Have much to do today so got up at 5.30 and headed out in the darkness. After my first kilometre, realised I was running quickly (probably so I could eat some Christmas treats by getting home faster), so I kept up the pace. My headtorch ran out of power part way round but I kept going and did 5k in 32 minutes which is my fastest ever. I don't usually bother about speed, but still feeling pretty satisfied that my 53 year old legs could do that
