Today I ran my first 10km and it went really well. I took it steady and felt great at the end!

I felt a celebratory dance was in order but my legs were like " sod off we've just carried you 10 km"

😀👍

Congratulations on the first of many (just don't tell your legs quite yet). And as Poppy says don't forget to apply for that badge.

When I finished my first HM , I was very pleased that it was only 21.1 klms - because if it had been 21.2 klms I wouldn't have finished!!! :) Know how you are feeling!! :)
