An easy 30 minute run for day 1, so to go even easier on my legs, decided to run on grass at my local playung fields! More like a cross country slosh, lots of fun and after the first puddle flowed into my shoes and socks, might as well keep going! Not sure my socks will ever recover!

When you were a kid you'd get told off for wrecking your socks playing in mud. As a runner, it's a badge of honour! Well done Joolie, you're training has got off to a great start
