My treat is "nice" cream. Here's my current recipe: freeze 2 bananas overnight. Put them in a high speed blender with a spoonful of cacao powder and a half cup pure soymilk. Blend to a Dairy Queen consistency. Add a few ounces of frozen dark sweet cherries and a few walnuts. Pulse and eat.
Yet another cool shades which make me look like that pilot from that movie.
But he doesn't wear any shades!
Just a lovely cold bottle of diet coke on my cool down walk home...especially in this hot weather. I like the simple life. 😁
